A school that stands out from the crowd

Høng School is a cultural meeting point in the Danish municipality of Kalundborg and brightens up the surroundings with its sharp colours. The goal was to create a modern school with strong lines and with plenty of outdoor areas to encourage the children to spend time outside.

The façade consists of STENI Colour panels – in sharp colours. They chose to use different colours for the different parts of the building so that students can easily orient themselves.

STENI façade panels can tackle all the challenges facing a school building! The façade will undoubtedly have to withstand rough and tough treatment, including graffiti. STENI panels are easy to wash and clean, says Jan Klausen, architect for the Kalundborg local council.
